OKLAHOMA CITY (Sept. 12, 2014)– The Board of Directors for the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust on Thursday awarded incentive grants to eight school districts that have implemented strategies to promote health and wellness for students and staff.

The board approved a total of $93,500 in incentive grants to the following school districts: Central High (Stephens County); Colbert (Bryan County); Deer Creek (Oklahoma County); Jenks (Tulsa County); Milburn (Johnston County); Oklahoma City (Oklahoma County); Ravia (Johnston County) and Soper (Choctaw County).

OKLAHOMA CITY (Aug. 15, 2014) – The executive director of the Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust (TSET) has been named the chair of an international group that seeks to promote evidence-based tobacco quitline services.

OKLAHOMA CITY (July 24, 2014)- Students at Olustee Public Schools have more ways to be physically active thanks to an $1,000 dollar grant from the Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust. The grant program gave the school funds to purchase gym scooters, four square balls, basketballs, and a parachute.

OKLAHOMA CITY (May 19, 2014) – The Board of Directors for the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust have awarded incentive grants to five school districts that have implemented strategies to promote health and wellness for students and staff.

The board of directors on Thursday approved a total of $24,500 in incentive grants to Afton Public Schools, Antlers Public Schools, Millwood Public Schools, Pleasant Grove Public Schools and Poteau Public Schools.

OKLAHOMA CITY (May 6, 2014) – Sustained support and investment from the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust  has helped to increase access to cutting edge cancer treatment and research in Oklahoma.
